hey all

before i go to bed in the evening, when planning WBTB, i am very keen and enthusiastic.
but then when i wake up at 4am, i seem to have lost all the passion and motivation, and, more importantly, the focus and concentration.

thus i often give up the WILD attempt aftr 10 mins or so.

does anyone else have this problem?
how can i re-kindel that passion and motivation at 4am, as it seems to be my last roadblock.
