Ok, I was attempting to do a WILD here the other day, but I failed. I was laying still for about three quarters of an hour when I gave up. Nothing happened! |

MEMENTO MORI!
Lucid dream goal: Fly over a city at night and watch all the lights!
That about sums it up. I can't remember if I saw it in there, but don't use electronics with bright screens. What happens, is that it wakes up your brain way too much and that prevents a WILD from occurring. |

Ok! Thank you! I'll keep that in mind! |

You have to fall asleep to have a successful WILD. If the music keeps you awake all night, you should turn it off. If, on the other hand, you are one of those people who falls into a deep sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow, music might be helpful. It might help hold your attention while you fall asleep. Try it a few times with and without. You should quickly find what works for you. |
