weird sleep paralysis experience

i had been trying to WILD for a little while now with no success.

today i encountered SP 3 times, and i didn't try at all...

this mourning i woke up around 6:30, and decided i mine as well sleep in a little and get some extra rest. and for the first time, without actually trying, i went into sleep paralysis. i first felt a tingling sensation in my hand, which then started envolouping around my midsection. it actually kind of tickled :P it then kind of felt like i was wearing a water soaked really heavy piece of clothing too. i remember trying to see if i was could see any HIs and then not remembering if i did or not...

anyways, a few seconds after that i was out.

i woke up later... and went right back into sleep paralysis. it kind of freaked me out for some reason that time, it was hard to breathe, too. i tried breathing slowly/fastly and switching to get out of paralysis which worked quite efficiently. after i was out i kind of just layed there for a while, still. i switched over so that i was laying on my belly, and almost immediately after i started feeling the tingling sensation again... (which, once again started in my wrist and then my midsection) i tried to fight it again, i actually tried to move and get up but moving each muscle felt like lifting a 50 pound bag, so i just gave up. after that i had quite an interesting, vivid & complex dream but unfortunately i was not lucid.

u didnt hear voices or anything??so far all times iv tried it, always hear stuff

nope......

I also never listened to voices nor saw any strange stuff while experiencing SP. Maybe I just can't get deep enough :?

Edit - forget what I said. I heard monkeys screaming outside, and some faint siren sounds. Damn, it was so freaking real! I feel like my rock solid perception of the world has been shattered.
