Can't wild after 3 or 4 hours of sleep

The only time that i can wild is before i go to sleep, but lets say i go to sleep at 1 or 2 i wake up at 4 or 5 i just can't wild because i feel so refreshed. I've had wilds before, but just never after hours of sleep. I always want to get up almost immediately after sleeping, how do you fight this? This wanting to move or getting up after a few hours of sleep, so you can wild?

From what I understand, you're supposed to get at least 5 hours of sleep before you try to WILD. So sleeping from 1 or 2 to 4 or 5 is not long enough. Try sleeping some more? (You may feel refreshed when you wake up because you're waking yourself up in the wrong part of your sleep cycle.)

You could also be moving around too much when you wake up. Have you tried just lying in bed and trying to WILD immediately after waking up?

Of course, if all else fails, only try to WILD before you've had any sleep. ;D

I agree. Maybe you're not awaking from REM sleep. Can you remember any dreams once you wake up? It also might be because you awake too fast. When you wake up, focus on the sleep; keep your initial exhaustion. Don't open your eyes fully, and see where that leads.

      Good luck ^_^.

Yeah, i can remember my dreams and i'll try to keep my eyes close when i wake up or at least if i do open them, because i wake up fast. What i mean by fast is that as soon as i wake up, i open my eyes fast, but i'll try what you guys said.

I've been working on DEILDing as my method (which is dream-chaining. It involves having to wake up!) for inducing a LD. I also found that 3-4 hours was too soon to wake up. As Mzzkc and Naiya pointed out, the good REM sleep is only just starting to kick in at that point. Lucids are easier to come by in the morning, my suggestion is try 6 hours.
