I am able to relax my whole body quite quickly. And i start to notice a calm feeling and deeper more relaxed breathing. After this i mentally pass a curtain to enter what i would dub the first level of my thoughts .
In this i already am somewhat in a semi dream state where i can feel myself for about 15-20% inside of the dream. I can roam freely and last days i imagined pushing a few levers in a control station stating words like ' stay aware' , ' deep sleep' and ' enter dreamworld' .
Shortly after my body starts going into the transition mode where I have strange sensations like my body floating or spinning. However, after this i seem to get kind of stuck. I seem to get in a situation where my body is sleeping but my mind is aware ( of reality) . Which is interesting but i cant figure out yet what exactly would push my mind into the dreamworld.
