I haven't had a lucid dream in a very long time... probably a couple of months, so I'm getting impatient. Non-lucid dream control isn't enough for me anymore 
However WILDS have to be the scariest things I ever tried. I'm not so scared of the hallucinations though, its the breathing part.
My question is when I get to that point where I can't voluntarily breath on my own is it safe to just ignore the suffocating feeling? By that time has my body taken over?
From past experience with wild I've learned that I'm dreaming in my dreambody but I'm not so sure about this. I don't want to wake up suffocating
