well I tried to do claritys method WILD I woke up at 4:30 got into a different bed and started concentrating did the 1 Im dreaming 2 im dreaming method, after 5 minutes my eyes started moving very fast and uncontrollably and I sorta started hearing static like the tv "snow screen" static I got really scared and got up? soo my question is was I anywhere close in the ball park or am I just imagining this?
im good at recalling dreams I usually recall two dreams a night I also have precognative dreams alot does anyone know anything about precognative dreams and how to better recall them and maybe even control them?
