First WILD

Had my first WILD this morning after several attempts. It was also my first time intentionally getting into SP. I guess it was technically an "OBE" if I believed in such things, but it really was amazing. Feel free to check it out in my DJ.

I drank apple juice before going to bed. Do you think that or the WILD itself made the dream so vivid? I saw apple juice in the Lucid Aids section as making dreams super vivid.

When I did it, I had been asleep from trying it about an hour earlier, sat up, RT then laid back down. I got the tingles very fast and focused on making them stronger, then I started vibrating. I then felt my butt starting to float up. I then got out of bed and saw me sleeping.

On my previous attempt this morning I got SP for the first time and got floaty, but I must have been really out of it because I was just upset that I moved lol.

how long it takes for you to felt the vibrations?

Did the dream end quickly, or were you able to do anything cool?

It was my longest LD. I even spun for the first time successfully and went to this crazy rock ruin city.

I got the vibrations very quickly. Nearly 5 minutes I would say. Keep in mind that I had been asleep, from a previous attempt at the WILD, and pretty much went right back to sleep with a WILD intent. The only thing I did in between was RT. It may even be a DEILD I am not really sure.

And regarding OBE, I don't dispute that this fits the description. I am just saying I don't believe that I was actually out of my body, just having a trick played on me by my mind.
