I got to SP in seconds
This is what happened:
I went to sleep around 2am. I slept all the way to 10am. Then I was woken up for breakfast. After that I went to carry some logs into my cellar. Then I went back to bed. I had to do a lot of relaxation to get myself relaxed enough to fall asleep. At one point, just when I was half unconsciously watching these HI, my dad came to my room. After 5 minutes I went back to bed again, and fell asleep.
Hereīs the important part.
Around 1pm I just lied in a comfty position, I had prolly woken up just 10 minutes ago. Then I felt the SP coming, so I just kept still and waited. As te SP kicked in 100%, it was pretty easy for me to keep myself aware, I just told myself this mantra I canīt remember. Then bang, I went out of my physical body. Then I just opened my eyes. I did a reality check, damn, I was awake. So I lied down again, and this happened again. And again. I would say this happened about 3-4 times. It only took me 10-60sec per SP.
So obviosly, Iīm gonna use this discovery to WILD. I just need to find out what did I do wrong. Why didnīt I enter a dream?
I definately felt the SP (although itīs more powerful when Iīm really tired), and I saw some HI. I even felt exiting my body at one point. But every time I opened my eyes I was awake.
I guess that the cause could be this:
I didnīt wait for my dream to form. I just guessed that Iīm in the dream now and I opened my eyes. Dreaming or not, this results in me opening my physical eyes. Another thing is that I was too excited.
So I have to keep calm and wait for the dream to form around me.

Congrats on your progress. It sounds like you are getting close :). Yeah, like you said, just stay as calm as possible throughout the whole process. Get yourself in the mindset that you are easily going to be able transition into the dream state. While you are in SP, expect to succeed and wait out the transition. Don't get too hasty, if you aren't sure whether you are dreaming yet or not, wait a bit longer. What I like to do is sneak my hand up to my nose and perform a RC. Just try to slowly move your hand up...if your arm doesn't move, then you aren't fully transitioned yet ;) Good luck to you!
