That is the last thing I would do- ignore them and focus on your breathing, I mean. |

I'll see something like a beautiful scene of flowers of this reoccurring brown suited skeleton man and as soon as I focus on this image to see what It looks like it vanishes. Am i getting too excited when i look at them? How can I ignored them, by continuing to breath and just not putting any energy into my sight? It's pretty difficult =[ |

I agree with Spockman here. |

DV Buddy: BlueKat
Haven't had a lucid dream in 3 years, and I'm looking to get back into it.
Good advice. LaBerg sums it up well. |

Those brief images are just the first stages of the dream. They are the preliminaries. The warm up. Keep doing what you are doing. Don't react to them, and don't worry if they slip away quickly. When it is time to enter a dream, you will know. It will be much more vivid and intense than those brief flashes. |

Don't focous on them, in fact just ignore them and continue doing wild. Like Robot Butler said, you'll know when you can enter. |

Actually you cannot see these images with your real eyes but with the mind's eye..try to work on that... |
