I think the whole memory thing is a big part of the MILD technique. learn up about that one. |

I'm so happy that i was able to wild twice, once before i went to bed and once later early this morning around 2 or 3. Now, I got into comfortable position, closed my eyes and starting counting my breaths. It took 3 or 400 breaths then i started dreaming, but the problem is, i didn't become lucid. My emotion and the dream setting played a huge part in preventing my lucidity. I was angry and upset in my dream, and i forgot to change the dream sean. My question, how can i stop letting my emotions prevent me from getting lucid? And besides spinning, what are some ways to change the dream scene? I also tried to dild but i forgot, how can you improve your memory in your dreams? What i mean is, remembering what you want to do? |

good times
I tried that mild last night but i just couldn't create the dream scene, i did what the tutoral told me to do and i visualized an old dream, but it didn't work. I love the mild and i want to master it, i want to also master creating the dream scene that i want. I'm going to try again this afternoon if i can take a nap and see what happens. I did the mantra where it said that i will realize that i'm dreaming but i couldn't realize it in the dream. I'd like to know, how do you reenter an old dream? |
