Good luck, let us know how you get on. Try a variance on time to sleep for and being awake if you're having trouble. You should be fine after about 2/3 hours to wake up, and staying awake for shorter periods, like 5/10 minutes should be fine too. |

yea i was awake to long plus im sure the mtw dew didnt help. I was up for 90 minutes watching complete blackness, I had no imagery pretty much at all except for a few scenes but i pushed them away in hopes to get in a deeper state. After about 30 minutes i did the 61 point relaxation technique which made my body noticeably more numb (my whole body was somewhat numb before I started it. no SP no nothing, so staying away that long + pop is not the way to go for me. The day before I did 30 mins and went to sleep losing conscious but had a really long vivid dream so i guess i should aim for that time frame. Also after an hour in of doing nothing I just took it as a time to meditate because I figured I was going no where fast. The only thing I experiencing during the whole thing other than numbness was an occasional change in light from dark to red (when I see red i take it as I am focusing to much or have to much inner dialog. Anyways yea I am just gonna start posting in my DJ instead of here since now I have a new laptop right next to my bed |
