      Is this a WILD or something else ?

      Hmm ok im a little confused about this experience its happened about 3 times now, first time it happened i was trying a WILD in the afternoon but nothing seemed to happen when i was in SP so i fell asleep but i then woke up and unable to move i couldn't feel any part of my body it was very intense, the same thing happened in the evening the same day and now it happened this morning ( this usually happens after i wake up ) id like to know if i can induce a lucid dream this way oh and find out what this is cheers .

      But you are close for achieving that

      Next time in same situation you should not be relax. Try something to leave your body or another technics.

      this sounds like you are waking up in SP. It's never actually happened to me but I hear that it isn't that uncommon.
