Always exhausted at the start of my dream

I can successfully FILD/WILD anytime but the problem is actually getting out of my bed/area I start in. It's like when you are so tired you can't keep your eyes open, or like when you have surgery and get anesthesia. I just feel fatigued and can hardly move. (I'm not in SP because I can move, just enough to reality check.) This had happened a few times in the past, but now it's happening a lot. Once this happens I lose all control and fall asleep and go onto a regular dream.

Has this happened to anyone? Anyone know what I could do to stop it? I've tried changing the scene/ shooting straight up/ verbal commands but nothing has worked, yet.

There's been rare occasions in my dreams were I felt tired. Perhaps, you could try going back to bed in your dream and try to WILD while in the dream. Or, maybe, you could summon an energy drink, pill, or something of that sort then use it.
Lucid dreaming makes for a wonderful night's play.

I had the same thing happen to me in my last WILD. I felt sooo tired and lazy, although I just got lucid. I wasnt even able to walk more than 5 feet so I just sat down on the floor and did some stuff I had planned to do before (trying to use my closed hand and thumb as a lighter). It worked, but I still felt extremy low energy and I really couldn't do anything to fix it. Soon after I awoke back in my bed.

As I see it, there isn't really a point in "rescuing" the ongoing LD, it felt like nothing would really help (the usual stabilizing routines). It would probably be better to just lay down in that dream, fall asleep and hope to wake up in a higher energetic new LD.

It's not always like that though for me, usually I have a good energy level when starting out my LDs, which makes me think that there has to be some factor which is causing this that we just dont see (yet).

After about 30 seconds I usually snap out of it. I'll try doing what you guys said. Thanks.

and if anyone has anything else to add, please do.
