Yeah, it varies from person to person, so you'll actually have to put forth some effort to figure that one out for yourself. I know, it's a terrible thing. |

Typically, you should try to do it later on at night. Every 90 minutes or so, you enter into the REM state. The first one lasts for about 10 mins, but they get longer each time. You should try it with about 6 or so hours of sleep. This will help you with something known as "REM Rebound", which will make your WILD be alot shorter, and make you go into the Dream State much quicker. It will also make your dreams last longer so that you can further enjoy a potential Lucid Dream. |
