      Question Two simple questions

Anyone who is experienced or has experienced a WILD I have a question for them (or someone who knows a lot about it.) Do you have to wake up right before a REM stage? Or can you wake up like 30 or so minutes before it. My other question is, does anyone have any advice on how to help me fall asleep? I start to drift off and my sub conscious start conjuring up thoughts and then BAM my conscious realizes "Hey I'm falling asleep!" and that ruins the entire thing. I just sit there focus on whatever I'm thinking of and out of no where my conscious realizes I'm falling asleep. So it takes me an hour or two to fall asleep which leads me to my first question because I want to WILD but it might not be accurate. Thanks for your time and help.

      Moved to the WILD forum.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
