Is this normal when trying to WILD?

I had a WILD once a couple of months ago without a hitch. However, last night when I was trying to WILD I was about an hour or so into the process of relaxing myself when I began to feel like I was drifting away into sleep and I started seeing white rings of light come towards me and pass me about 3 or 4 times over then my eyes started fluttering like crazy to the point where I started getting scared and got thrown out my relaxed state. Is this normal when trying to WILD or is it something completely different? Because I never experienced this the first time I had a WILD. Thanks in advance for your insight on this issue.

yes it's normal. A lot of random crap happens while WILDing. Thats the reason why there aren't too many people who can wild 100% of the time. Even when your body is where it needs to be, sometimes you still cant wild, because thats just the way it is.

just keep doing what you do, and be happy that you know that you can wild. you will wild again. you may have that same weird experience happen to you, but you'll be ready.

Yeah, it's completely normal. I hate it when that happens because it really does make it hard to concentrate. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to stop it; it's just one of the many random things that happen during WILDs.

Yeah this is basically the problem I have. My eyes start fluttering like crazy and it feels like I need to open them and thus killing the WILD. I also have the same thing as you, with the rings of white light coming towards me. I end up not getting past this stage because the eyes fluttering causes a distraction.

Yea it's annoying. What causes it to break down is because you start getting excited or nervous especially if you've already experience a WILD once because of SP. What I do when i get to the stage where my eyes start fluttering is distract myself in any why possible as a much as I can; usually i just count in my head, it helps.
