      Sleeping with a fan on??

      Hey guys! Hope all are well...
      I hate to ask a relatively stupid question, but is complete silence best recommended for successful WILDing? I have this problem where I CAN NOT get to bed without having some sort of oscillating fan on, but have read where earplugs are best used for WILDing. Any feedback?

      The fan should be fine if it is your habit to turn it on before sleep. I am the same way. There is no way to sleep until I turn my fan on. Even if it is freezing.

      It's fine. I have an air filter that makes noise and I can WILD just fine. I do notice it gets quite a bit louder when I am hallucinating though.
