I am somewhat of a natural lucid dreamer, but since I became an adult it has been much harder. I have experience sporadically in the past, but now I want to be consistent in my practice. So I’ve been doing ADA, dream journaling, meditating, WBTB for WILD. WILD used to be so elusive for me, but for the past week I’ve been doing it every night. Tonight, my dream even lasted 50 minutes (fell asleep at 3:00 and woke up at 3:50) which is something I struggled with. I even did one of the lucid tasks of the month! |
