So lately I'm trying to WILD. But everytime my body starts to sleep either I start to panic and try to wake up or I won't enter a dream until my mind falls asleep. Except for last time. |

This seems pretty common. When the body starts to go to sleep all kinds of strange sensations start to happen. When you start to feel your body becoming numb, vibrate, expand, just stay calm and keep doing your WILD method and try not to move your physical body around. I think you didn't have a full lucid dream because in your excitement or surprise you lost concentration. |

"Parable.- Those thinkers in whom all stars move in cyclic orbits are not the most profound: whoever looks into himself as into vast space and carries galaxies in himself also knows how irregular all galaxies are; they lead into the chaos and labyrinth of existence."- Friedrich Nietzsche, the gay science, First published in 1882 revised in 1887, translated by Walter Kaufmann [/SIGPIC]
