First WILD attempt

I woke up after 5.5 hours of sleep, made the intention that I wanted to try and WILD. So i attempted to WILD. I really could not get comfy at all, tossing and turning so what I do is lie on my back with my hands on my palm and do a tiny progressive relaxation. it worked!! I then decided on a anchor, 'dream boat' I left repeating this to myself and felt my body come more relaxed, i started to feel vibrations, i carried on and kept changing my anchor to sleep boat or dream boat. My body felt like it was bouncing up and down a little. At first it startled me but then i started to enjoy the feeling and it became pleasent. As i carried on little stars, colours shapes andv aces started to appear and maybe a little scene showed it, i think but it was faded into the blackness. Carrying on still i started to feel electric shocks!! They came at random times..... I felt myself go deeper and deeper, my breathing started to become heavy which started to become a problem, but i still carries on... My body was intense with vibrations it felt like my head was moving a little, i decided to just stop.... Even though i was not successfull, i enjoyed the experience and the sensations
