      Dream Journal and WILD

      Do I need Dream Journal if I am just doing WILD (only in the morning and during naps, meaning after 7 AM)? I have no interest in other methods.

      Dream Journal is userful tool which is recommended if you want to remember more out of your aswell non-lucid as lucid dreams and even be able to recall them in detailed manner if you write down detailed logs of your dreams

      If you belive that you have fine recall and don't need Dream Journal for recalling lucid dreams then you can skip it, i guess?
