Thread: Super long WILD transition during nap?

Alright, so I am still fairly new to lucid dreaming and WILD but I have managed a handful of LD's and WILD's.

My question is about a nearly 5 minute long WILD transition during a daytime nap. I was feeling the flipping, rocking, twisting, and falling sensations for quite some time during this attempt. The sensations lasted so long that I actually lost my focus and started laughing (in reality I think it was just a slight smile) because it felt like I was on a roller coaster. I even noticed changes in the sensations if I directed my eyes to the left or if I looked to the right.

As expected, my smiling made the sensations stop, and so I got out of bed with a large grin on my face.

I have not experienced such a long transition before and I was wanting to know if anyone else has experienced the same thing? My transitions are normally very short-just seconds, what has your longest transition been? Was there a way I could've given the dream a kickstart?
