So Sageous made a post about exploring delta which I thought was interesting, because the Tibetan monks did that. You have to WILD at the beginning of the night instead of WBTB. So I've been trying this, and its been pretty successful in getting into hypnagogia, but I can't seem to "exit" into a more stable phase of sleep. For example, last night I was in hypangogia hallucinating that I went upstairs.
But it was night time in the dream, and all the light switches didn't work so I had to rely on my sense of touch. I eventually got out of the house, but as soon as I was to the front door, the periodic vibrations came and destroyed the dreamscape leaving me in a floaty blackness. I then became aware of my body and I was forced to wake up because of some discomfort. How should I go about entering delta?
