OK guys here's the deal: I want to have an LD. Like REALLY bad. I've been at this for a few weeks now, and it's really starting to piss me off because none of the techniques I've been trying have worked. I've tried WILD(with and without sleep), WBTB(once),dream incubation, I've even given myself nightmares. From what I've heard, WILD seems like it's the most convenient, but I wouldn't mind giving WBTB another shot. Experienced LDers: What techniques do YOU use?? could you please give me some tips, and/or relaxation and meditation techniques as well? Is there a way I can have an LD tonight? |
