My best tip for you would be to not be so impatient. Even when you have your first Lucid Dream are you going to get mad if they consistently only last momentarily? You may be trying to hard. Can I ask what methods you use? You can always try a simple technique I have recommended to people in the past and it has worked for about half of them. All you do is go to sleep naturally and use a mantra/question for example "Am I dreaming?" this could work by causing you do to do so in a dream making you Lucid. I am a "WILDer" btw it works best for me before bed. |
