I'm talking like when I wake up in the mornings,I can't use my alarm clock to wake me up at 4 anymore. It disturbs everyone in the house,no matter what alarm I use. |

Perfect time to WILD, as long as you are the type who can sleep in. |
Definitely possible as long as you can fall asleep, using WBTB, and if it times well with your REM, even better. |
I've had a wild an hour after I woke up in the morning before so it is possible. |
If you still want to do a legitimate WBTB, drink about 22-28 fl. oz of water before bed. You will wake up at the end of a sleep cycle to use the restroom. I do this as to not wake my roomate, but still WBTB. |
Morning is the ideal time to WILD. Try three to five hours within falling sleep, I have had the best luck personally doing it in this timeframe. |

It's the best time for me, I actually managed two this morning. |

Yes, in fact it is an ideal time to WILD for a lot of people. |
