      transition into dreamworld

hello just a quick question for you. when we do WILD we lay down and reach trance but when i reach trance i see images but soon my hands starts to become uncomfortable and images dissappear what is wrong with me or this is a rollover signal? and when to open our eyes or roll over to seperate ? i mean what do you guys feel which make you sure that you are in dream now so you can roll over? thank you

If you get uncomfortable, move. At best, you will roll into the dream, at worst, you will have a few more minutes of staring at your eyelids. Everyone experiences the transition differently. For me, either I experience something akin to teleportation, in that one moment I'm glaring at my eyelids and the next, I'm suddenly in the dream. The other way I've done, is that I have this sudden desire to roll over. Usually I just roll into the dream. As for opening eyes, I've found that my dream eyes open automatically at the start. I suppose the more practice you have, the more you'll be able to recognize the onset of a dream, because it differs for everybody.

Don't focus on laying still when WILDing and don't focus on physical sensations, just fall asleep like you normally do, but while being aware of falling asleep, and if position is uncomfortable then use comfortable position, uncomfortable positions only make it harder to WILD. And like splodeymissile says, transition varies from person to person, for me personally most of i just at some point get the distinct feeling that i get when i am dreaming and then open my dream eyes and get up, haven't used rollover thing.
