Perhaps part of your mind knew that the jumping you were doing in the dream if you were to do it in real life would make your legs hurt, and thus part of you expected your legs to hurt. And of course in a dream no matter whether it is non-lucid or lucid, expectations have the power to change things, thus if you expect your legs to hurt, they will. Similarly, once your legs hurt, you looked at them, expecting to see something that would explain the pain, and thus the blisters formed. Next time remind yourself that this is a dream, and thus you can jump as much as you want, and there will be no pain. And if there is pain remind yourself that this is a dream body, and thus there is no physical explanation for pain. You might want to command your body by speaking out loud "Legs, stop hurting! This is my dream. No pain needed." Say it decisively, and expect them to obey.
