I have been attempting WILDs recently, and I always have the same problem: Saliva. It is extremely bothersome, because my throat gets really dry and then I have to swallow the build up of saliva, interrupting the whole WILD. |

You can swallow, scratch and reposition. Do it without paying attention to it, as if you were just going to sleep normally. |

You could lay on your back while you're performing a WILD (Seems to help a lot). Although, for some people it's extremely hard to sleep like that. If you really need to swallow while you're performing a WILD, then just swallow without thinking to mutch about it. In my opinion, it won't really screw your WILD up. Just don't think to mutch about it. If you're thinking about swallowing during a WILD, then you probably will swallow quite often! It's a vicious circle.. |

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.
It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes.
Yeah, I usually try doing the WILD on my back, and it decreases the saliva a bit compared to when I try it on my side. |

For me the saliva problem, itching or even moving is a sign that I am too focused on my physical body. |
