Attempting WILD for the first time, any tips?
I have been Lucid Dreaming using MILD for over a year now, and achieve a DILD at least once a week now. So, about a weeks ago, I decided to research as much about WILD as I can, and I think now I'm ready to go for it. I'll wake myself up about 6 hours after I go to sleep and start from there. I'm a little concerned about "Sleep Paralysis" but I will try to forget about it. :shock: Any tips on how to retain some consciousness? I've heard counting, or saying, "I'm in a dream" helps. So, any tips for a beginner at WILD? :panic:
