telling your body the only way to sleep is to wild
MY THERORY IS is to command your body to sleep more easily while doing a wild how im i going to do it STAYING UP FOR ATLEAST 32 HOURS, so what im going to do is master wilding while extremly tired i tried this before and failed but im going to use something to keep my mind up "pain" (as in crossing your legs into in uncomfortable position) and see what i get without using the WBTB ile report back and see what i get and later on if i succsessfully do this right ile see if wild is more easy without sleep depriving and wbtb and see if this works
