WILD; not able to fall asleep

I have usually been able to WILD quickly, but for the past month, I have been unable to WILD. It is taking way too long; like an hour and a half. I just can't keep awareness and fall asleep at the same time like a DEILD or my WILDs from before. I will pay good tips with likes! :shadewink:

Have you recently changed your schedule, your diet, your occupation, your drugs (if you take any)?

I changed my schedule from 9 pm to 11 pm when I fall asleep.

Then my first guess would be that you need to try WILD later in the morning, but it might not be simple like that.

Yeah, I WILDed later, and I was almost asleep but this time a voice said 'Jack Brendan Miller, you stop WILDing right now!' and it shocked me out of it.
