Keeping Sleeves up all day (and then doing WILD)

I have discovered a very easy way to induce a LD using WILD. What i do is wear a sweatshirt and pull my sleeves up right above my elbow. I do this all day basically and then comes the nighttime when I do the WILD Technique. I keep my sleeves still up and put my hood up as well. I imagine people, myself, and animals are trying to constantly pull them down. I also imagine myself screaming at whoever is trying to pull my sleeve down.This will cause you to have HI VERY quickly (4 minutes). I have had a LD all 3 days attempting this. Please give it a try you guys!

I don't think that you can give cred to the idea itself, you believe that it will work and you've made yourself an anchor for WILD'ing. Sounds like a very uncomfortable way to approach it, and do you sleep with a hoodie on? :S

I wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in a hoodie so I don't think I would be able to sleep in the first place :P

You can just wear a long sleeve one then. Oh and Matte97 you are right. It is not uncomfortable approach however, and yes I do sometimes.

This idea is awesome because of the responsability you hand to the mind to keep the sleeves up, but where I live (Puerto Rico) even for a person like me who is "used" to the weather its impossible to wear a hoodie, even at night(A.C. is an exception) only way to wear a hoodie here is to go out at night.

I will be moving to indiana in a week or two and if I remember it I will try it as I will have to wear protection untill I get used to the cold.

That's a pretty interesting anchor.
