You don't heve to keep still and you definitelly don't need to try to induce or wait for SP. |

Hey guys, I’ve been trying to lucid dream for a while now and what I notice is that every time I keep my body still for sleep paralysis, after a while there’s this tension that builds on my leg, like a growing urge to move it, although I do all I can to resist, it always eventually spazzes out by itself and it is very annoying as it is very uncomfortable and makes it extremely difficult to stay still. So if any of you guys knows why it happens or any solutions I will be very grateful. Thanks |

Thanks for the tips resources i will go through them, i usually don’t get this when am sleeping normally its only when am trying to stay awake and still for a while that the urge builds. |

Are you trying this immediately as you go to bed? Most techniques are much, MUCH easier to use after a few (4-6 hours) of sleep. |

Yh i mostly do try this as immediately as i go to bed as i find it difficult to wake up in the early mornings, i know i shouldnt but its hard to resist trying ^^ |

You probably get the urge to move because you know you can not move. But if you don't get it when you go to sleep normally, that's because then you don't care if you move, scratch or swallow, right. You know, you will fall asleep even if you move. You have to do it same way when you WILD. |

I did get close on two occasions, once i got to the vibration stage but didnt go deep enough so it disappeared, had to start again. The second i got pass the vibration stage and was in a dream but i lost lucidity, for some reason i started scrolling through a list of creepy noise on my iphone and playing them. |
