I can't fall a sleep,my mind is boiling with thoughts.. So I found few things which works for me. Before going to sleep I think of everything I did that day,I'm trying to remember every dialog,as much detailed as possible,places there I been,things i have noticed. After that,I relax my whole body,till it feels light. And I don't force my mind,I just ignore my thoughts

For WILD at least for me there are 3 most important things:
1) Relax your body
2) Keep your body still
3) Keep your eyes still

After completing these 3 tasks, "my way meditate increase awareness" you can find this thread at "attaining lucidity" . After WBTB it takes few mins.
