Before you say anything i am doing it correctly and i know how to fully get through a wild but the lucidity never stays within the beginning of a dream... and also i have read the steps involved and im doing it right.
i have successfully done it 5 times or so ( in like three years waahhh ) but now it has become a habit for me to use to get to asleep quickly and relaxed

for a short while i was using it to sleep and now no matter what i am unable to keep my self up with it

is there anything i can do or should i just try a new technique?
