Thread: Visual Distortions When Attempting WILD?

So today, i slept in late and managed to get a good WILD attempt in. Before i knew it i was visualizing my last dream and the vibrations and stuff just starting coming in. I heard a very weird sound like the transformers make when they transform. That weird "weewahwoo" sound. Anyway i didnt want to continue my attempt and opened my eyes and it my vision was distorted like if you got punched in the face too hard. Anyone know or experience this feel?

Can happen after visualizing or having your eyes closed for a while. Many times my view has gotten distorted sometimes you get it from standing up after lying down watching tv for too long, your eyes fill with blinding white light but it dies down pretty quickly. I also get weird visuals if I'm really tired and its bright and sunny outside.
I'm not too surprised you got visual distortion, unless of course it lasted really long?

Ahh in that case I wouldn't be worried, I sometimes get a thumping sensation in my eyes when I'm in a uniform room or trying to visualize really hard. However I don't think you should have gone out of the WILD attempt it sounded like it was going good.

i get scared brah. Its like a defense mechanism goes off in my mind that tells me to stop. Next time im for sure gonna go through it.
