Thread: I really want to try but kinda sketched out.

I've read quite a bit about WILD and SP and I'm not to sure what to expect. I've read so many things about SP being a terrifying thing and it not being a fun experience at all. But at the same time it sounds like it would be incredible, like the sounds and the shadow in the corner would be perfectly fine with me but if it got right up in my face I'm sure I'd freak the fuck out and everything would go downhill from there, so if anyone could help me out and give me some tips for staying calm I would really appreciate it.

Maybe it will ease your mind to know, that many people don't experience any scary stuff during SP, or even the SP itself. I have WILDed many times, and all I get is some totally awesome, out of this world incredible sensations, that are often much more fun than lucid dream itself (at least for me).

Approach the WILD knowing, that you will have happy experience, and most likely you will. And whatever you feel, see, hear - that's all only in your mind. None of it is real and it can not hurt you in any way.
