I have thought about DILD'ing. Though, I'm not too confident that I will be able to wake up during the night, I can't really wake up with an alarm clock. If it does happen, though, I will make sure to attempt it |

No. WILDing is a mental process. Not physical. A WILD is successful when you are able to reach and maintain the proper mindset. |

DILDing doesn't require waking up. It's simply a product of your critical awareness, which can be cultivated in your waking life (and which also has additional benefits), and can be simplified to this: |
