If you not trying to enter SP just for the sake of experiencing SP, then you really should not worry about getting into SP.

Although everybody gets into paralysis as we start to dream, not everybody is aware of it. Like I have never experienced it, except once, but it was when I was waking up, not falling asleep.

You will get into SP whether you want it or not. What you should focus on, is relaxing, paying attention to the foggy swirls behing your closed eyelids and other sensations you may feel. But just as a distant observer. Just let it happen, whatever will happen.

Soon the fog will turn into simple images and those will turn into dreams you can enter. At lease this is how it was for me for the first few WILDs.

I would recommend you read the classes at the WILD DV Academy. It will explain every stage of the process, so you can prepare yourself and to know what to expect.

WILDing is wery complex process and going into it without knowing when and why and what, will not give any good results.

Please ask, if you have other questions. Happy dreams

Gab has explained it pretty well.

You might wanna check this out too: http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/compre...alysis-126975/

      Good luck

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
