I can't fall asleep when I try to do wild. My mind is clear and I get past sp. I start to hear sounds. I don't fall asleep after that. Help |

Try focusing just a tad bit less on the sounds/anything you are using. You have to find the correct balance of consciousness when preforming any form of WILD so if you're having trouble falling asleep give up a little focus. The inverse works as well. |

Okay I was able to fall asleep.. That was about it. I guess I gave up too much focus. But its weird even if I stay focused I never enter a dream. I know I ve passed sp because I can't move my arms or legs. |

If you don't pay any attention to your body, the process of falling asleep will be much smoother |

Master WILD[x] Master Dream Control[o] Full Recall [o]
Of all things imaginable, the least seem to be the hardest...
You can always try earlier, try staying up less, I can't imagine that you would be able to stay awake after only 5 hours of sleep and zero wake up time, so you've got to start experimenting with that until you get it just right. You can also let your mind drift a little so long as the anchor is still there in your line of focus. |

I wanna be the very best
