When I attempt a WILD, I am able to reach sleep paralysis almost every time. The problems are as follows: |

1) When you first enter SP the feeling is likely not to be very intense, especially the heaviness. Unfortunately the only way to truly tell if you're in SP is to try to move. If you can't, you're in SP but you just took a step back in the WILD process. If you can, well, you just threw away your attempt |

Multiple Induction Technique (MIT) - Consistently have several lucids each night!
2016 TotY: Dragon [ ] Fairy [ ] Unicorn [ ] Gnome [ ] Leprechaun [ ] Phoenix [ ] Chimera [ ]
Thanks this helps a lot. I'll try it out tonight and post what happens. |

I also hear very painful ringing and feel people dragging me from my bed when WILD, but it's my only successful way of lucid dreaming for me so far. However every time I fail because it is so painful when someone is holding very hardly on my body and the very loud voices, anyway I'll try to ignore it as much as I can next time. I will instantly tell your solution when I know it, hopefully very soon.. |

Thanks XaldiN, that's the only technique that has gotten me close to LDing as well, and I'll post the solution here if I find one. |

Ever since this post I have not experienced the loud ringing. I am not entirely sure whether this is because I haven't reached SP, or the fact that it was psychological. Either way, thanks Burke! XaldiN, I'm sure you've heard this before, but try completely taking your mind off of SP, and convince yourself that its not going to happen with those bad hallucinations. Repeat to yourself that it won't happen and it could help. |
