Hey.. I know this is going to sound weird, but could masturbating/fapping increase the chance to have LD?

I mean.. Masturbating takes alot of energy, you'll fall asleep quickier.. Men's are programmed to go sleep right after a fap time.. Any comments on this? Have anyone tried? I don't masturbate much, so I know if it's worth it.
