I've tried WILD technique for so many times but still i can't have lucid dream. Everytime when i got to the part which the images shown up in the blackness of my eyes, there was nothing but a small light, and nothing happened. I've followed the instructions but the result is still the same. Can someone help me? thanks

Instead of focusing on the hallucinations, try to visualize the dream scene. Induce the dream scene instead of focusing on your body (you want to lose touch with your body). Here's an excellent Guide for V-Wilding http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/mancon...hnique-128996/

Its different for everyone so really you just have to keep practicing until you learn what works for you. For me I dont think at all about the hallucinations or anything. I simply just get comfy and go to sleep as I normally would. The only difference is in the back of my mind, I know I'm waiting to fall asleep, so I usually notice the change from being awake to being asleep right away. Then my WILD will start.

If you're just starting out, then you might want to try a simpler technique like DILD or MILD before you attempt WILD, because WILD usually takes a little more experience before you can get it right. If you do have some experience Lucid Dreaming already, then just focus on something simple that will keep you conscious, or visualize a certain dreamscape that you've seen in the past or want to see, like dutchraptor said. From what I can tell, it seems that you were only about fifteen seconds or so away from entering the dream, so just stay aware and let your body go to sleep. Smouse also has a point that the same techniques don't work for everyone, and that you might just need to experiment with different things until you find a way that works. As a side note, make sure the conditions are ideal for you to fall asleep. For instance, the other night I was attempting to enter a WILD, but it was so hot in my room that I couldn't focus enough on even staying still. I had also drank a crapton of water before I went to bed, so even when I was in the hallucination stage (8 times that night) I was pulled out by my need to pee. I hope I helped.

Thanks guys. Well, i still have a problem, some people said that when they tried the WILD technique, they experienced Sleep parallysis which they couldn't move a muscle, and they heard some weird noise or any other phenomenons. But for me, when i got to the Sleep parallysis part, i only had little difficutly in moving and i didn't hear anything and when i opened my eyes, i didn't see anything. Is there something wrong with my body?

No sleep paralysis is actually the wrong word. The correct term is NREM (non rem). When you fall asleep these are the stages you pass through, N1 -> N2 -> N3 -> Rem. During N1 N2 and N3 you feel what most people describe as sleep paralysis. You can transition at an time to your dream when wilding, when full body paralysis has started you are already in your dream. I have never even felt full on paralysis I can always just move if I want.
