The buzzing - I think I have it too even though I don't always hear it / purposefully listen to it. Next, I kind of can get out of the buzzing state any moment I want and if I focus on the buzzing in some way I can feel it getting louder and louder, quit shortly after though. Also the eye-sand thing usually happens when you want to sleep. The eyes are just really tired and that may provoke the feeling, but I totally know it. Hope I helped a bit. |
