1. When you are trying to WILD, can you lay there with your eyes open?
A: Most likely not, you are trying to fall asleep, your eyes would get dry and you'd not be able to focus!
2. What does the sensation feel like when sleep paralysis comes on?
A: Different for everybody. Some people report hypnogogia, images, sounds and hallucinations. I just get a weird 'rush' throughout my body, my ears pop and I feel... weird and tingly.
3. What should you think about when trying to WILD?
A: Nothing, let your mind relax. If thoughts pop into your head, just let them enter and go, without focusing on them. I find it good to count to ten, over and over, in a rhythm while picturing the numbers fading in and out. There are different techniques which require you to think of different things. Try reading some of the tutorials on here.
4. When you're in a WILD - what does it look/feel like?
A: Again, different for everyone. Which bit do you mean? It looks like the blackness of your eyelids, until your dream forms. It feels like you are relaxed and your body is numb / heavy / floaty until you get SP, and then my body tingles and vibrates from head to toe. I also feel and insane amount of pressure in my head. This a hard question really because there are so many different reports.
