First WILD experience, could use some help

The past two nights I have set up my iPhone's alarm to go off for three seconds at 4 a.m. so I can do a WBTB WILD. It had worked both times (my first two lucid dreams !).

My problem is that in the dreams I lack a sense of feeling, taking a lot of the fun out of lucid dreaming that I have heard about. Could it be that the dreams are unstable? And if so how can I stabilize them? Any help is appreciated!

I would suggest reading through the Dream Control section of the forum: Dream Control

At the top of that section you will find the Dream Control Tutorial- http://www.dreamviews.com/f14/dream-...utorial-66753/

That section of the forum is designed to give you information on stabilization. We also have a Stabilization Tutorial in our WIKI: Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

Some people shout, "Clarity now!" I don't know if this would help you but it's worth a try as well.

Read through the above info and let me know if you have questions. We can go through it if you want together.

You can click on my profile name to send me a private message if you want to ask a specific question.

Thanks for the info. I look forward to trying it out tonight and if I have time will post back here tomorrow with the results.

      Thanks again,

My first ever successful lucid dream was amazing. I first screamed out clarify and stabilize but I knew that wouldn't be enough to make my dream world stable. I started to spin and as I did that I felt more and more wind on my skin. Then all of the sudden as I was spinning I felt an immense force push me forward and upwards and then next thing I know I am flying as extremely fast speeds. I could feel the wind on my skin and it was absolutely amazing. I landed for a second and jumped straight into the air. I nearly reached the clouds and woke up.
