      cant get into sleep paralysys

      OK so iv bean trying to get into sp for many months but for some reason I cant get into sp (sleep paralyses). i stay still but and keep my eyes still but i cant in there. im lost and don't know what to do . some assistance would be needed and greatly appreciated. thank you.

      May I ask why you trying to get into SP? Not everybody experiences SP, even if they are in SP. Could this be your case? If you trying to WILD, you should not concentrate about getting into SP, but about what comes after and entering lucid dream. How many hours do you sleep before you trying this?
