Question about keeping mouth open while attempting WILD

Allright guys, whenever I try to WILD, my mouth keeps going from closed to open after a while, and my mouth gets extremely dry and comfortable. Is it better to WILD with mouth closed?

Also, when doing the counting and breathing method to retain awareness do you guys usually breathe with your nose or mouth?

Breathing with the nose is easier, it prevents that dry-mouth feeling.

For the mouth thing, try turning your head to the side and/or propping it with a pillow either on the side of the face or under the chin.

My personal experiences with WILD mainly occurred while sitting reclined in a chair which eliminated the problem of my mouth coming open. Still, if you turn your head it should help.

Truth is that it doesn't really matter if your used to it. Mt sinuses have been about 85% blocked since I was a child so I am always breathing through my mouth and I WILD nearly every night.
